Return Policy

Standard Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

  • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unopened, unused, in original packaging
  • Refund: Full product cost refund (shipping costs non-refundable)

To qualify for the 90-day guarantee:

  3. Allow the product to dry fully before re-entry
  4. Document your experience (optional but helpful)

How to Return

To initiate a return or claim under the 90-day guarantee:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@shield90.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship Back: Return the product(s) to the address provided (return shipping at customer expense for standard returns)
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and verified, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after we process the return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the return
  • Other Payment Methods: May take up to 10 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shield90.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
